It’s that time of the year to get your outstanding front-line technical support or desktop technicians nominated for the annual HDI Awards!   Who in your organization deserves recognition for their commitment, dedication, and service to your customers?

Let’s get them nominated!  We rebranded our awards, but it’s the same two categories.

HDI Analyst of the Year Award is now Best Service and Support Analyst and our Desktop Support Technician award is now Best Service and Support Technician.
